The iBOT® Mobility System Warranty:
Independence Technology, L.L.C., warrants certain component parts of the iBOT® Mobility System, listed below, to be free from materials and workmanship defects for the time periods noted below:
- iBOT® Mobility System base frame :
Five (5) years
- Power base, frame and user control panel (except items such as tires, tubes and upholstery):
Two (2) years
- Battery and battery charger :
Six (6) months
- Footrests, lenses, bulbs, calf panel, clothing guards, laterals and optional contoured headrest :
Six (6) months
Parts that are replaced under warranty are covered for an additional ninety (90) days or until the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
